I just got a call from her also stating that she is from the IRS and that I have had three different tax chargers against my name and that I had a warrant out for my arrest and claimed to have sent me IRS letters stating all of that.

Total scam. They were using 1-347-826-8124 last week before I called the police. They changing numbers very often, but operated from the same spot. Just call the caps or consumer protection agency.
