I have had exactly the same "experiences" with this INDIA BASED Phishing-Scam. They just will not quit calling- I have repeatedly told them that I KNOW THEY ARE FRAUDULENT - AND THAT I HAVE REPORTED THEM to the District Attornies Office in Colorado. The DA told me they have recieved thousands of complaints about these idiots. It is just so hard to track them down, because they purchase phone numbers from all over the USA(FLA, CA, Sidney, MT, Dover, DE - and so on...)
The US District Attornies Office Has Started to leave automated messages on some of these phone numbers- SO When you call back, it will tell you INFO and a WEBSITE Address to file a complaint. All of this is set-up for this INDIA-BASED PHISHING-SCAM.
I Hope these people will run out of luck soon.. It's just a matter of time. So, Don't Worry- You Can Tell These Morons To Go To Their Version Of Hell/ Piss-Off. I Just say "I Know you are scam artists , I have contacted the US District Atorneries Office And The FBI. Both Agencies Are Fully Awhare Of Your Illegal Activities, YOU ARE WAISTING YOUR TIME- PISS-OFF!!!!"

Someone with a very thick accent named Alex Barker, claiming to be an attorney from NY stating that fraud charges have been filed against me in California regarding a payday loan. Threatened that I would be arrested if I didn't appear in court, I asked what court and he told me the State court of California, funny cause I live in NJ and am so sure that the State of California does not use their so called "state court" to pursue payday loan issues. Told him once I received the paperwork I'd be happy to respond and he kept going on about them filing legal action against me, told him again once I received the paperwork I'd be happy to respond. He then abruptly hung up on me. Please beward and don't fall for this scam by giving these people any money.

i just recieved a call from a danny wilson accussing me of getting a loan of $300 dollars online..lmao....when i asked to speack to the manager he said he was the manager and hung up on me three times.so i told him to send me legal papers and i will meet him in court...

I am receiving non-stop badgering phone calls from this number from a Dennis Anderson claiming to be investigating me that I will be going to jail unless I cooperate by paying them ???? I have told them numerous times to stop calling me and instead send me something legal if they can. I know they won't

I just started getting the same call from Paul White and he left a message on my voicemail and my work phone number. This is crazy. Has anybody found anything to get this stopped??? Please help I think he is the same one that has been calling and hanging up on me this is harrasment.
