Message says it is from my "credit card company," (note that it does not actually say the name of the card at all, just a generic term) and that there are no problems with my card, but if I press 9, I can talk to someone about a lower interest rate. I pressed 9 to ask them to take me off of their list, and the person simply hung up on me. I have gotten calls like this in the past, too.
Caller ID reads "Cell Phone NY."
