An individual called my cell phone 6 times in a row, then called my job 3 times, when I finally answered claimed he was a paralegal and needed my attorneys name & #. I asked what this was about, would not tell me, recited the last 4 digits of my social security # and mentioned lawsuit being filed in my name. I asked for what and he would not say why. He would not Identify himself (only as a paralegal) I asked if was for a creditor and he said "I am only paralegal." I advised him I was very well versed in the FDCPA and he needed to give me the info I asked, I tried to cease and desist him from calling my job then demanded to talk with my supervisor, when I advised him he is violating the FDCPA and appears to be a fraud and not to call my job, he began arguing. I advised him I was recording the call and he began to yell at me alleging I was breaking the law (not true in my state) I advised him I will be contacting the attorney general and he finally hung up and did not call back (today anyways.)
