Left a voicemail saying not to use my Microsoft laptop computer before speaking with their technicians

I answered call and I heard a muscled robo caller threatening me about a final notice and I hung up. I knew it was a scam immediately.

Scam: They left this message on my phone- "Filing a legal warrant under your name and your tax ID for the tax forward in the investigating team of Department is investigating you and your family. We had tried to notify you regarding these issue in previous six months but we had never got response from you. So it has been considered as an intentional fraud and lawsuit has been filed under your name by the United States government. You may call our department number 347-470-1182 for more information."
