I received 2 calls from this number today about my case with the irs. I have not been audited or had tax problems in over 20 years. In fact I retired from Internal Revenue Service and they do not make calls like this.

Heavy Indian accent, asked for me by name, began by saying he was with the audit division of the IRS. I said "No you're not" and hung up. The IRS doesn't do phone calls.

SCAM! Heavy Indian accent. I asked if this is a scam and he said "yes" then I hung up.

I too received a couple of voicemails from this phone number. I called them back because I could even understand what the voicemail had said. When I called them back the representative that I spoke with had such a heavy accent that I kept asking him to repeat himself. He said that they have sent me a couple of letters in regards to the lawsuit, and that he had the tracking numbers for the letters. I insisted that I had not received these letters. He kept talking and wouldn't clarify himself. I ended up hanging up, because I couldn't make heads or tails of what was being said. This is obviously a SCAM!
