Nothing will work, blocking them they will change their number... pressing 2 to opt out, they still call again... connecting to a live agent and asking to be placed on the do not call list doesn't work... the only thing we can do is prank them back... talk to them and waste their time....

Yep and when I did not answer they left a voice message at Verizon for us.. These companies get paid for each successful call and each message they leave. That is all they want, they have nothing to sell... A few cents per call and after hundreds of calls while eating pizza and drinking coke they take away 2-300.00 per day... Of course they are going to be persistent!

Since pressing 2 does not get these people to "remove me from your call list", I have started pressing 1 and talking with someone. It's fun to pretend you can barely hear them and they will speak louder and louder. So far I have been able to waste their time on an average of 12 minutes per call. Had one idiot on for 28 minutes while I tried to find my kids' social security numbers to sigh them up. LOL. One guy actually asked me if I had nothing better to do than waste his time. I told him no as I my life is apparently as sad as his.

Received first call today and let it go to voicemail. Health insurers will be in my area soon. Option to opt out was offered. Better to block this caller and hope they give up. This is a scam.

We Care Health, aka Healthcare Ltd, aka Health HotLine, aka Healthcare For America - Now calling EVERY DAY, each day from a different number. From time to time the name changes, always a new name (never re-using one of the past ones). When I Google the number, massive reports found for each number, and each one has numerous (sometimes a dozen) reports before mine -- and they're *ALWAYS posted that day*. They obviously pick one number per day and start robo-dialing from it, then start fresh the next day from another number. Nothing short of harassment -- how could this NOT be a scam???? Other numbers I know of -- and I didn't complete the list, I found far too many results after searching (many of the numbers are sequential, so likely many more around those numbers):
