Caller ID shows G R O UP. Have gotte4n about 15 calls. someone is there - can hear call center noises - but no one ever says anything.
I have gotten calls with this name (GRO UP) from 718, 347 and 631 area codes (all around NYC metro and long Island).
No one ever say anything, but there is someone on the other end, it is not that the call director doesn't find an available rep.
