A message inviting you to reduce my Con Ed bill is spoken. You can then connect with an operator if you wish. The calls had been weekly. Now they seem to be daily. I have received 15-20 calls over two months. I have asked 6-8 times to be taken off the list, but to no avail. They call from a Land line in Bayside NY that is 347-502-2547.

This number is for a telemarketing firm, supposedly selling discount electric rates to NY customers. The will call you every day, multiple times per day, at least 10 times per week. You can ask to be placed on their do not call list, but what really happens is that the calls keep coming minus the recorded message. Your phone rings, you answer, and it hangs up on you. Within a week the message is back, and the process starts all over again and again.
