Discount program for Con Edison electricity subscribers. Government program. It is a scam to get private information over the phone. When person gets me on phone, they immediately begin "sell" and try to get credit card information, Con Edison billing information, drivers license, you name it.

they claim to save the consumer money on utility bills. They call 2 - 3 times/day for the past couple of MONTHS. Their messages are pre-recorded. They have been calling all our friends as well. All of us have our phone #s on DNC list
