The caller always asks for our electric bill information and promises a lower fee to change service providers. I have requested not to be called at least 4 times now and they always say fine, hang up and call again. They call many times a week.

This is part of the message:
"Press zero to speak to a customer service representative press zero to connect your con Edison electric account is now eligible to receive a lower rate press zero to speak to a customer service representative press zero to connect. I know-you're-kinda-edison(?) electric account is now eligible to receive a lower rate press zero to speak to a customer service representative press zero to connect."

Electric services. I have asked NUMEROUS times to be removed from this list that was generated when this was a residential phone in Manhattan. The number was ported out YEARS ago as a mobile device.
