Power Dept, but has different names every day; Electric Center, Power Bill , Winter rebate, Reduction Program and Public assist. They are always recordings that require you to press a number to sign up for alternative forms of energy. I get calls daily btw the hours of 4-7pm and it's been going on since November of 2012.

Caller: On caller ID: Power Dept, Power Bill, Electric Center, Winter Rebate, etc...

Switching energy providers from our current Con Edison to another company. The computer generated call requests to dial 0 to speak to a person. Long story, we have been harassed for months Earth Link tells us now that the numbers are spoofed and to contact FCCC. I don't know whom to believe, but I need help from FCCC
