This caller claims to lower my electric bill, but they refuse to identify what company they represent.
This caller was trying to get me to sign up for a service that would reduce my electric bill. I asked her directly what company she was working for and she refused to tell me. I asked her if she was working for my electric company, Duquesne Light, and she refused to answer my question.
