Asking the caller to stop calling didn't help, not answer didn't either. However, what did help was a comment I tried from a similar phone number blog comment for a do not call service at 866-246-7196 for a small number of companies that call consumers that want to minimize complaints and save time not calling people who don't want to be called. Just give them the caller's phone number to verify it's on their list (this phone number is on their list) and the receiving phone number to add to the do not call list- quick and easy.
Credit card. It stated that if I did not pay my credit cared bill I would be turned over to the collection agency. I stayed on the line and was transferred to a customer service rep. I ask what was the problem and she stated that is was a lower rate for my credit card. I do not have a credit cared with this company who ever . I have only one cared and my company always identifies themselves. I 'TOALD THEM TO REMOVE ME FROM ALL OF THEIR PHONE AND MAILING LIST.
