I got a call saying they were from the depart of legal affairs from us treasury. We took a message and she said to make sure that I called back as soon as possible because this was regarding a legal emergency.

Left a voicemail on my landline with a message for my husband. Guy said he was "Nick Anderson" from the "Department of Legal Affairs". He said there was pending legal action against my husband and he needed to call 347 535-0959 right away as it was a very important issue. He also suggested that my husband have his lawyer present when he called. Never called the number, this is not how you would find out about legal action against you; also checked out number online to see what was up with it.
