I got the same call earlier this afternoon. Just ignore it, it is a scam. I got a call from a different number about a week ago from "The Department of the Treasury" with a similar message. I am also getting frequent calls asking if I am "expecting this call from ebay?"--another scam.

This phone number called me and stated that they were the IRS and that a law suit was being filed against me.
