A man who claimed himself to be Shawn Miller from PCS Legal Department called my best friend yelling and threatening her. He had a very strong middle eastern accent. He threatened her by saying she was the primary guarentor on a debt that I owed and that if she didn't pay the debt, she was going to be prosecuted and sent to jail.

I have never received any calls from this phone number or letters in the mail from this company.
