Yes , I received an call on May 20,2016 at 10:35am letf an message on my voicemail didn't leave an name,,only a message (This is an verify important message from the Internal Revenue need to call back ASAP to discuss a matter before legal papers are taking out)

They have been blowing up my phone for a month now I want it to stop because it uses my data plan up...not to mention they threatened me with action

I should call her back and not disregard the call or she would take further action.

Today I received a roto-dialer call from this number...Nora sure gets around. Caller ID showed call was from New York...Scammer!

I RECEIVED 2 CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER AND THE LEFT A VOICEMAIL TWICE. I KNOW FROM MY EXPERIENCE IN DEALING WITH THE IRS THEY WILL NEVER CALL YOU THEY WILL ALSO NOTIFY BY SENDING YOU A CERTIFIED LETTER IN THE MAIL.

I received a call from this number for a week. My accountant had told me I may receive a call for an identity verification because I was getting a refund from the state. When I called them back a foreign man told me my husband and I were being sued by the IRS for a discrepancy in our taxes for the past 3 years. We have our taxes done by a certified accountant but he had also warned us because we were lower income independent contractors (About $30- 35k a year gross) with high deductibles (mileage) it was possible we may be audited. The man on the phone told me an IRS had been out to our home 3 times and had failed to make contact with us. Again, because my husband and I work third shift it was plausible that we slept through someone at our door. The man told me since I had finally made contact within 90 minutes the US Marshalls would be at our door to arrest us for 15 days, seize our property and our bank accounts just to make an example of us. When I asked him what my options were since I wasn't purposely trying to get out of taxes he told me I needed to pay the almost $4000 discrepancy within the hour. When I told him that wasn't possible he asked me how much I could pay right now and if I could guarantee at least $200 a month after that. I started asking him for more information about what I had done wrong and he was very rude to me, told me I would be enjoying jail shortly, and hung up. I talked to a friend who looked up this number and saw it to me a scam. I called the scammers back and told them I knew they were frauds and I was calling the police to report them. I haven't heard from them since. Please tell your friends and family about this. In my situation it was believable for a little while. I hate to think of how many people have been fooled by them.

Female caller claims to be an IRS agent tells you to call before legal action be taken. May be scary if didn't sound drunk. Loser scammer.

A few calls from this number. Sent them to voicemail / blocked them from calling because of all the comments in this thread.

I called them back and told them not to call me again...the person called me a mother ******!!!
