Left message saying the IRS is filing a law suit against me but didn't mention my name. Left phone #347-560-5230 and when I called back, it just rang for 2 minutes; no one answered and no other voice msg. THIS IS DEFINATELY A SCAM!!! I'm sure if the IRS has a law suit against you they would NOT send you a refund and you would have received numerous notices by mail. DON"T FALL FOR THIS!!!

Exact sane thing, when I called, an alert came up on my phone saying " fraud", but I kept on, Indian sounding name, when I challenged, he said, : Ok, you go to jail then" Knuckleheads

Just got a voicemail saying the IRS was filling a lawsuit against me! When I called the number, 347-560-5230, it was answered - immediately ( like that would ever happen with the IRS, especially during tax time!) - by an Indian man saying his name was James White (great name choice). He asked for my name and phone number so he could pull up my file. So I hung up. Just wanted to see what happened when I called back.

These used to come from an indian sounding voice, now it's Siri calling with the scam!
