I received the call today and actually called him back. It was the second time that I had received the call so I was ticked at this point. When I called back the Indian accented man on the other end of the line with the exact same voice as Eric Foster that had originally called gave me his line of crap about being an investigator with the IRS and that he needed my name and social to look me up. I told him that he would have to tell me my name based on the phone number he had just called and of course he hung up. These people should be prosecuted!
Same as others have reported -- voicemail call. Claimed to be from the IRS. He was unspecific about the reason for the call other than to make some vague threats such as that if he did not hear from me right away, all he could say was "Good luck" or something like that.
Just got tis in my voicemail...only caught last part of message but had the 'my attorney should call' part and 'good luck'. Sounded like a cross between Nigerian and New Yorker...maybe a New Gerian.
Same experience as above.
I also got a voicemail from this number and "Eric Foster" leaving a vaguely threatening "good luck" with a questionable accent, telling me to have my attorney call him back.
