Received several harassing phone calls regarding a payday loan not being paid back. The gentleman (I'm being far too generous) had my social security number. He told me that I was being investigated for fraud. Further went on to say that a law suit was being filed against me and "only God could help me if I tried to run away from this." When I called him back and pressed him for details of this alleged loan he hung up on me with the parting words, "you'd better get your attorney."

calls my cell phone and my husbands job threatening that he is with the fbi and tries to tell us we owe money for a payday loan that never existed. then when you try and talk he gets loud and curses at you. something needs to be done before someone loses a job over this.
