Called me about 5 mins ago. Saying they have bebeebebeen trying to reach me for six months and i was committing fraud against the government and that they were filing a suit against me. What the hell?

Received recorded message saying I was being investigated and they werfiling suit on me for fraud.and I should return call. it even went as far as saying the government was involved. Did not say what branch or what type of fraud . IDIOTS.!!
