Got text message saying if I wanted to receive guaranteed saving on my gas & electric bills, reply yes. "no contract required. this is a free service." don't know how they got my cell #, as I have kept it very private, opted out of all cell phone telemarketing and only use it when absolutely necessary for essential utility services, aside from personal friends.
He texted, and said "If you would like to receive Guaranteed Savings on your Gas & Electric bills; reply "YES" No Contract Required. This is a free service!"
