I have been recieving phone calls for the last two days regarding some loan I tookl out for around $3000 grand and never paid back and I can take care of it now or in court . A federal compaint has been filed against me. I have ten years in legal so I asked for a case number, copy of a promissory note, etc. and that I would investigate these allegations knowing he was full of sh*t.

After a few minutes of arguing and not verifying my social securtiy number and bank account information that he had he became very angry and threatened to come to my house and take me outside and hit me over the head and let the neighbors watch.

The names that have been used when they call me are Mike Marshall or Mike Thomas and of coure they are as foreign as all get out and he is a federal investigator with SES in New York. I have received over ten calls today and have been left messages on my cell phone and work phone.

What really irritates me is that we can take out Osama but we can't get a hold of these f*ck sticks who are trying to take advantage of people, steal their identities and empty their bank accounts. Enough is enough!! This is the second time I have been trhough this crap!!
