I had the same phone call from Jack Brown. He said that I was being sued for being late on my payday loans. I though that was hilarious because I am never late on my loans and they take it out from my account. He said that I was going to be prosecuted and go to jail. Whatever!!!! He needs to do better than that. If I was late on my loans, I am sure they would have notified me.

a man named John Alexander called me and left a voicemail in the past 2 days- i have received calls from this man 2 weeks ago but from a california number. he said that it was extremely time sensitive and if i don't call him this second or have my atty contact him i wish you good luck if you don't contact me- had a very thick indian accent- and the number comes up unavaliable. i don't answer it - i let it go to voicemail - and you can't hardly understand the body of the message. i just want these calls to stop. i am tired of being harrassed.

A man named Jack Brown keeps calling for my son. I contacted a lawyer. He told me to contact our local prossecuter. I called them they said to contact the Attorney General and make a report. The Attorney General office advised us to not talk to them. It is a scam. The main issue here is they are now calling my sons place of employment. This man threatened with warrents for arrest for my son and for myself and my husband. They are useing the company names of Ellis & Crosby Assoc and also Douglas & Morgan Assoc. Do not talk to them Hang up maybe the calls will stop.

I received two phone calls, they left voice messages with threats of being sued. The same type of foreign accent. The man identified himself as Jack Brown. He said I would be sued in the next days and I had to call them.

I have had several calls from this number, and voicemails, stating I would be put behind bars. That they are going to send a warrant to my boss, which I said was fine, and when I tried to give them my fax number to my place of employement they transfered me around and hung up on me. They're threatening and incompetent. I called back several times trying to get information from then or give them information they were threatening to use against me anyway but just hung up. Is this for real? I believe the company name was Lamefier Associates... it was hard to understand them. The main guy who keeps calling, his name is Max Maurice.

recieved a phone call from a foreign accent women saying that i am involved in criminal activities and i will be in big trouble if i do not callback. call back number and get no answer. i have reported i to local police department.

I Receive a call from the in the past 2 days saying I needed to call them and that if I didn't call I was going to get sued. This is a scam people are doing.

Got a call from this number yesterday. Woman with thick foreign accent asked for Charles. Told her she had the wrong number. Then silence on the other end, but was still connected, so I hung up. Got another call today this time from a man but also with bad accent, saying that I will be arrested in 2 days for fraud. But am not Charles! it seems like they have trouble understanding.
