I am contacting the FBI on this one. Knew it was already a scam, being the IRS contacts you through the mail any need of contact. Didn't get a notice, and their saying in their robo-call that they are going to sue you? Dopes, but dangerous dopes, not just bilking. Called back numerous times, purposefully, being they already had my name, possibly caller ID, or elsewise computer hack. At any rate intimidated them their national origin, being Indian, Aryan SOB. If Mohammed, the misuse of telecommunications, a Federal Crime, a terrorist act. They hang up, but "Michelle, (Pseudonym) when calling her back, saying the same thing to her, she goes into a threat mode, "Yes we can kill you, we can cut your head off and sell it at the market etc." Anyway you look at it their criminals, and its got to stop!

Got a call from restricted and message was left from robocall saying same that it's an officer of the IRS and a lawsuit has been filed. Total spam if it were IRS they would contact by mail as well and I'm sure the call back number would be a Sacramento area code if in California. Good try!

My experience is the same as above. I got a robocall from 213-141-5163, saying this was the IRS and a lawsuit has been filed, call 347-637-6197. I called and told the Indian-sounding man, "Officer Jackson", upfront that I thought it was a scam. He said, "Ok, maam," and hung up.

got a call claiming to be from the Ontario Internal Revenue Service saying that this was the final attempt and that they had been trying to contact me. They were filing a lawsuit against me and I was informed that i had to call the office immediately. I contacted the Canada Revenue Service Fraud Department instead.

Just received call from 347-637-6194 from agent Sam Wilson with an India accent. Talked to 3 different people as I refused to give cell number but indicated I wanted to pay my bill. After 7 min I told caller that he was on a recorded line and his location has been identified and that I worked for the IRS, all I heard was "shit" then click.

Claimed to be IRS and that they've been trying to reach me. Called back and asked them what they wanted and repeated the above. Told them I hope the authorities find them and put them all in jail because they're crooks.

Just got a call said "This is officer from internal revenue services; we have been trying to call you. This is last call. We have filed a lawsuit against you. Call 347-637-6194" and I called back, there were a bunch of Indian speaking and he hung up on me.

Received a call today. Spoke with some Asian woman and told her she was calling the FBI. This is a SCAM!! I called her a bitch and she screamed at me that I was a bitch! What's why can't the government shut this scammers down!!

Got a call from this number, talked to an Officer Deny a Smith in NY who said to expect an officer at my door at any minute if I didn't pay $2400. I gave them a fake name and address and miraculously he pulled it up and said he had a file on me. He eventually figured out a I was messing with him, because I was being flippant and sarcastic. He hung up. These people prey on elderly, immigrants and illegals. Someone should find them and deport the back to India.
