Called me 8 times today, yelling and screaming at me when I asked for more information. I had taken out a PayDay loan (1st time ever), they said that they had a case against me and that the police were going to notified. Had my email address, home address & last 4 of my SSN. I explained as politely as possible that anyone can access those items due to the various companies who sell this information when you log into their programs. This infuriated him. He said he was with ICI (Internet Crime Investigations), then changed his story mid-sentence to being a representative form Payday Loans. I told him to please send the police to my office so that I could discuss the charges. He screamed I was going to jail. When I asked for his supervisor he stated, "I'm da boss, no one else, I am the big man, the big boss, I am in charge." I explained that I would call him right back, he waited 5 mins. & began calling me & hanging up. Guess he never heard of caller ID? Anyway, after calling the Loan Company who explained my payment wasn't even due, I called him back and told him that he was not a REAL MAN, he was a pathetic thief and how embarrassed he must be that he was so weak he had to steal to make a living. I told him that I had called the FBI and given them all access to my phone and that they knew about him and were going to cross country lines and extradite him to the US where he would be spending at the minimum 15 years in jail. He almost started to cry!!!! It was the best response ever. He kept asking me why did I do that, he was a freaking mess by the time I was done with him. I ended the call by telling him to have a nice day. :^)

I have no dealings with these people, someone used my name as a reference and now they call me asking for that person 15 times a day. I need to report these people for harassing me about someone else.
