Recorded message regarding my "credit card account". All my accounts are paid in full every month. I just hung up the call.

I had someone call from this number this morning also. Left no message.

I received a call from this number. They offered to lower interest rates on my credit cards through chase/amex blah blah blah. Looks like their strategy is to mention that you have a balance of about $3500+ on your card, and interest rate of more than 10%. People are most likely to fall for that.

I asked them do you work for chase? or is this something offered by a bank? The person just gave me a tailored answer: "We work for credit services for chase and others. We just help you reduce your interest rates". He also mentioned that "you don't have to do anything different, keep making your payments on time".

They asked me the expiration date on my credit card for verification purpose. I refused to give them any information. And they hung up in a hurry.
