Woman, heavy India accent, claimed she was calling from a pharmacy. Scammer
This definitely is a scam. Everything listed below is accurate; India accent, rude. Told me my computer via Microsoft Windows was sending him messages. He wanted to know why I was laughing - Because I have a MAC!!! Hang up or don't answer - unfortunately I do know elderly people who have believed this and their computers of course were hacked.
