CALL OF INDIAN OR MIDDLE EAST ACCENT VERY HEAVY SAID HIS NAME WAS MICHAEL SMITH WANTED TO TALK WITH ME VERY RUDE KEPT CALLING BACK AT 4 TIMES ONE AFTER THE OTHER IN A HARRASING MANNER

A Peter Jones called my employer wanted info on my social security #. When I called this # back someone with a thick middle eastern accent told me it was BCS Law Office working with payday loans which I don't have! When I asked more questions but wouldn't give any of my information he said "then why the hell did you call us" and hung up on me! I also had 2 missed calls on my cell from same area code but those numbers didn't accept calls.

caller did not leave a name. There was a lot of static and a the man had a very thick accent.
He said he was calling from BCS and was filling a lawsuit today against my social
security number. He did not even call me at my own number. He left this message
on my employer's home phone number. She was outraged and I lost my job because of this message. This all happened today at 12:28 PM EST.

They said I owe money and I have a lawsuit against me from bank of america lol what a joke!

Said there going to be a lawsuit against my ss# if I dont pay money
