I have been having a lot of missed calls from this number but only today they actually left a message. The message was by heavy Indian accent (female) saying that I will be arrested and I should call them back about my charges!

This lady with a heavy foreign accent called 3 times within 5 minutes. The first time, she botched the message and started hitting random keys on her phone. The second time, she identified herself as being with the IRS and said that there were 3 judgements against my wife, and that we needed to call back immediately so she could help. I received a phone call too. A lady utilized name are Esther Rose said, Police will arrest me within 48 hour because I have tax penalty for IRS. I said, "I am recording your conversation" She said, "Fine", I said, " I am in the police station now, officer listen this conversation" then she hung up the call.

I got a call from the same number. they are a crime group.
I called back later and they even didn't dare admit they are IRS.

Yes, I guess I am also being arrested by IRS. They kept on calling and saying how I owe over $10,000 in taxes and how the software that I have been using for years has an issue and that my taxes were not filed correctly. A guy named Doug Miller with an accent called me, gave me a case number and told me that they were sending a police to arrest me within 72 hr. Please, if you have received a phone call like this, do not panic, this is a big SCAM and you are going to be just fine.
