Caller ID Said New York NY first time -second time showed up as V316131901000161. They don't leave a message and I don't answer calls from numbers or people I don't know.

shows up on caller id as V316131901000161 (actual #347-704-3799). Allison was polite and wanted answers to a few questions to help lower credit card debt, medical bills, etc. Told Allison I have no debts (silent pause). Said she was sorry and would remove my number from the list (yeah right).
