This is a fake caller id created by an app that someone uses to harrass and stalk people..guy using it is from Tampa Bay area of florida. He's a stalker and under investigation.

yes, this guy is a nut. He is actually in kansas City at the moment and he is very busy stalking!! Do not answer, this guy is a serious criminal...dont know real name but one name he uses is slick rick, who is a pimp from new york who is into many types of crime, including identity theft. Police looking into him in Kansas City. he is here stalking a woman running from him. Please report calls to authorities
