I am on do not call list.They call constantly with different numbers!

This is coming from a telemarketer offering to sell ED pharmaceutical medications and they never announce who they represent other than vague references such as "US Pharmacy". I receive calls from this number and other numbers fairly regularly - at least every couple of days - on my work desk phone, so I don't have the option to not answer unknown calls. If you answer and speak your greeting (hello, whatever...) and then wait a few seconds you will hear silence while their auto-dialer detects that you have actually answered - then you will hear a person with a foreign accent that announces their name as a common English name (e.g. Mike, Tom, Dan) and announces that they are calling to "follow up with you on the medications you take and how they are working for you...you take Viagra, Cialis, etc?" I have attempted to explain to them that they have called a corporate number and that we cannot continue the conversation. They either hang up, just keep talking, or sometimes will offer to call you at a different number. What they will not do is remove your number and claim that they do not know what number they called - any attempt to get them to remove your number typically results in a hang up.
