Received a voicemail saying that I can get a $9,000 personal loan @ less than 3% interest rate to call back to receive funds.

Received a record voicemail saying I have been approved for a $8000 long term personal loan. I called asking a man by the name of Jack Jordan with a foreign accent to please send me documentation. I received an attachment with Commonwealth Bank. The email address he emailed me from is commonwealth.no1bank@gmail.com. I google Commonwealth Bank and they are a bank in the Bahamas. I called and they do not approve people over the phone for personal loans.
