The call claimed that I had won a free Caribbean cruise to the Bahamas and could claim this prize by answering a series of questions. The pre-recorded message asked if I would be interested in a drinkable weight loss drug, health insurance, home and auto insurance, and low-cost educational opportunities (answer was no - button 2 - for all). After finishing the questions, the pre-recorded message stated that someone would call me to give me my two free boarding passes for a cruise. No interest in the cruise, I just want these calls to stop.

I have received more than 550 "lower your credit card interest rate" calls on my unlisted - Do Not Call registered cell phone. They are now calling 4 to 5 times per day. These calls have been increasing ever since the FCC has taken action against the 9 robocall spammers.
Slapping them with a fine that they do not have to pay isn't going to deter them at all. You need to go after them in CRIMINAL court for the advance fee fraud and the identity theft.

This is not the first time I get a phone call from this number & after it rings twice & I answer the phone, they do not respond but the line is open. They do not leave a message on the answering machine.
