They are making ILLEGAL COLLECTION CALLS on my CELL PHONE up to 6 times per day!!! I texted "Under the Fair Debt Collections Act DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER ANY MORE! Violations on this CELL PHONE WILL BE REPORTED AND YOU WILL BE FINED!" I have texted them 3 times to stop yet they spitefully call multiple times every day! It is ILLEGAL for them to call you at work or on your cell phone once they have been notified in writing or by text to stop calling! They are ignoring all the rules of debt collection & I have contacted an attorney who specializes in suing companies that participate in this illegal practice. I was badly injured in an accident a few years ago & am unable to work. I just had 3 major surgeries in 12 months requiring metal being added to my body in 3 different bone areas! I filed a bankruptcy with a different attorney last Fall but the hearing date has been delayed by the covid 19 ! Yet this persistant SOB disregards all of the rules of the Fair Debt Collection Act! I have been called as early as 6:02AM, or as late as 9:25PM with multiple calls on cell & land line phones! Often times they hang up on me as I pick up the phone! I am in bad health, unable to work, & I just want this to stop!
