Called my Elderly parents and left a message twice this week. Was an Officer with the State Police #827 and that there was a lawsuit against them and a warrant coming out for their arrest. Then gave this number with an attorney name. Would love to reverse this on them somehow!

just got the same. went to see how far I could push it, but his voice mail is full and isn't accepting any more voice mails. bag of crap with a middle eastern type accent (absolutely no offence to any middle eastern person, mind you)

Same thing here, and it was a recording. Calling from NY police dept with a warrant for arrest for an unpaid ticket. Must get an attorney, since this is the last notice. He sounded to me German or Scandinavian accent.

Left a message on my answering machine,
Says he's officer Clavin Bade 827, and he
wants me to call an attorney at this phone number, further lawsuits will be brought against me.

He called me saying something about an arrest warrant. without using my name or saying what the warrant was for. and to call his attorney office to sort this out. i imagine he will ask for money or i'll be arrested
