I did a reverse phone check on this person/number. It is registered to a Beatrice Franqie, age 52 in Brooklyn, NY. I am sure this man used someone else's name and SSN to get a phone that was not in his. So there isn't much I can do there. BUT, I do have an address that goes along with this number. One of the perks of where I work. What this not so kind man was unaware of is that I work for an lawyer. As soon as I told him that he says "Well, fuck you" and hung up. I will be filing a complaint against this number and do what I can to have this stop. I see a lot of people have stated that this person is calling their place of employment multiple times. So far this has not happened to me.

Problem is, I applied for a loan online like I *never* do. And this is what I get. Although he is telling me I need to pay a loan in the amount of $300. Funny thing, the loan amount I applied for was $1,000. So he needs to get his facts right if he wants to convice anyone.

"There isn't much you can do other than changing your phone number." Says my local police. So, I will be taking this into my own hands. I keep a very close eye on my credit report, all 3 of them. So I will be watching for any activity. You should all do the same.

An "officer jason parker" with a middle eastern accent called and told me charges were being brought against me for check fraud, among other things. I had heard of the scam before, so I played along to see how far he would go. After telling me it could be resolved for 480 bucks to resolve the issue out of court- I told him I'd have my lawyer contact him. I asked him to provide an address and phone number for his location, he gave me a fake address in New York and his area code is not in NY. This is a number for a scam and everyone contacted should be aware.

This scammer calls and says we owe them money..constantly harassing us about some cash advance we never took out. Continues to threaten and call our cell phone numbers and work

This person, officer Richy Cooper, left a voice mail saying he was calling from the financial department of investigation because their will be a camplaint file against me. Called him back and unable to understand him because of his accent, hung up on me, called a few more times and did not answer back.
