I recieved a text message claiming they were filing litigation charges in federal court.

Calling threatening to place charges against me if I don't respond to there call. They then tell me good luck in court. I told them off. They say there calling from the law office of Tracy Reynolds. The caller had a accent and almost sounded like a recording.
