They calls my 50 times back to back and I said hello no one ever spoke so I blocked them

Got a call from 'Mike' to talk about my auto insurance. I don't even have a car and he had a thick Indian accent. Same company has been using 315-228-0548 and 714-236-5884 in the past few days too. Asked to be removed from their call list multiple times. Mentioned I was on the DoNotCall registry - ignored me. Refused to give the company's name.
