always calling looking for some other person

First the Indian guy called could not understand him, then a James Mc Cloud call about 20 times in a row, was rude, would not take my word that I was not the person only had phone number 6 weeks, he said it was me because he used voice recogntion as he was FBI and was going to turn up with a sheriff with a warrant for my address for writing bad checks in different states. He would not listen i am English he said I was making him sick putting on the fake accent. These people need to be stopped, it is my 16 year old daughters phone when i told him that he said and what i have a 16year old so what, then said he was really getting pissed of with me no and was on his way and it was going to get messy.

person with foreign accent called stating my SSN and name were under state investigation and if I did not call back today they would have sheriff come to my job or residence and take legal aciton against me. stated he was from the FIB - Financial Investigation Bureau. I have received about 6 calls at home and work.

same person called ans stted his name was Office Johnathan Lassiter.

I received more than 10 phone calls from this phone number 347-875-9600 this morning and this afternoon FIB is the organization that this a** hole is with. He sounded Indian (thick accent) man's alias name was Jonathan Lester (jerk) left several messages threatening me that my name, address, and SSN# was apart of some investigation case and if I did not return the call, I would be arrested at my home or job. How do you get an American name with a thick accent? Sounded suspect already. I Googled this so called FIB, and of course it is located Overseas in the UK. (Suspect once again) Lester stated in all his messages that he had to recieve a return phone call from my cell number (this means he has caller id) So I decided to let my voicemail get clogged with all his messages, much needed proof for the State Police or FBI report. I forwarded my calls to a friend of mine within the state police and had him call this jerk back and suddenly he didn't answer. All calls to the police are recorded so they have the voicemails and time of calls.

FYI.. Protect yourself. Start with Life Lock, a good way to make sure no one steals your identity or credit illegally (worth the investment). Also change your phone number and banking information. Lastly, be leary of what websites you provide your personal infomation. I made a mistake of doing business with Cashnet. Any thing I borrowed was repayed as agreed, but what I noticed is that when you go onto the website regarding your loan that is when the harrassing phone calls begin. When my business was concluded with them, I didn't here from scum bags. This has been happening since April 2011. I always research unknown numbers on the web before returning calls. My policy is you can't get argue with someone who doesn't answer the phone! Logically, I never heard of anyone being arrested for a financial debt, if that were so, prisons would be severely overcrowed and we would not have Credit Bureaus.

I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired. I have checked with other websites regarding these scam artist extortion tactics. Even the FBI has an article published on their website about individuals using "legal or official sounding names" to intimidate people. Do not let them get away with this! Just like Obama finally got Osama, I wish I had the same intelligence to track these scum bags and blow their a**es up. Anyone effected by the same harrasment, needs to take action. Remember you have the power. People with power don't argue, they just go ahead and make sh*t happen! Kick A**!

Hard to understand but threatens to have me arrested soon and will block my social security. He is foreign speaking like he is from India or Pakistan. Terrible accent. Over and over says will ruin my life and wait and see what he will do to have me arrested. We have played this on the cell phone and copied to a recording device. If they are searched either they are all foreigners with heavy accents or this persons voice will be understood. Sending to the FTC and BBB....probably

Says he is Austin Phillips from the Financial Investigation Bureau and now filing for an arrest warrant and the Sheriff will be at my house this afternoon. Also asked for my attorney's name. Took forever to tell me who he was...there will not be any Austin Phillips with an Indian/Pakistani accent.
