Someone from a place called Smith Technologies - 347 892 4950 saying the same as everyone else. Microsoft hijacked, my information is in danger, etc., etc., NEEDS TO BE REPORTED TO MICROSOFT

Same as others. E.Indian male. Sounded professional. Strange I was called while I was having trouble logging into pnc bank account.Never mentioned
"Microsoft"/NOT from toll free #. I frustrated him w/questions. Finally hung up....

They called and the message of the robocall starts with your security may be compromised with Microsoft please call back to get this issue cleared up ( paraphrased). . Call does not give identity of the caller

Scammers. Identify themselves as Microsoft Help Center. Try to get you to turn over control of your computer to them. They say they are a Microsoft subcontractor. I asked them for my IP address and they didn't know it. All they have is caller ID readout.

I got the call today as well - same language as the others saying that someone is trying to hijack my computer and if I'm the one using the Microsoft, I need to call tho protect my security on the computer.
I would just like to know how I can block these calls - on my landline !
