Scammers. Robocall offering small business cash, so I pressed 1. Then "Oscar Gonzalez" got on the line to offer me cash advance. Asked for my revenue. When I said $1 billion he hung up on me. Keep them on the line as long as possible so it's no longer worthwhile for them to call.
