They called me to but at work also by Sarah Thomas but she was with the department of justice. She said I was being investigated and there is a case against me. Then she connected me to a Michael Sinclair and he was very hostile. When I informed him I knew it was a scam he flipped out on me and yelled saying wait till I talk to the judge and he'll inform me it's not a scam.

This number is a person calling identifying themselves as an officer with BCI asking for you to call back or your lawyer to call back because you are being investigated. This is a scam. You can call the number back and it goes into a voicemail with a foreign accent and they don't even identify themselves or what company you are calling.
