This phone number #347-979-7438, has called and harrassed me many times... some "blah-blah" about "Legal Dept"... They refuse to email or mail me details of the nature of these multiple calls. The calls start at 7am and on into 9-10pm. They have threatened me of "wishing you a good day, but BAD things are soon to happen to you... So Sorry"! Then they hang up... I call back and they say "call back in 15 minutes, I'm busy right now" ! WTF!! I have registered a complant with the FTC and BBB... They have called many-many times at work, and have advised the operator that I'm not taking calls from anyone - they can leave a message! My boss asked if everything was ok and told him so SCAM callers were harrassing me. Enough is Enough!!

Ii have received these calls as others have. What is the point ? what can they do to harm us?

They call repeatedly stating they are with the Federal legislation. I have repeatedly told them not to call this number. At 7:23 am on 2-22-13 they called again. The BBB search said its a scam. I'm going to the police today. I've also just got done filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

I received a call from this number telling me there is a criminal case aganist me. They did have the last four numbers of my social securtiy. They asked if I had an attorney and when I told them I knew nothing about criminal charge they told me to hold on they would explain it to me, but they never came back on the line.

The person is telling you that you have 3 criminal charges against you with the federal courthouse. They have your name, address, & social security number. Always a non english speaking person. You can barely understand them.
Very threatening.

Asking for "Tracy," this is a business and nobody named Tracy is here. Then proceeded to try to sell or "confirm" a business directory...we think. They did not speak English well at all, so we couldn't understand them. They have been calling ALL DAY for the past 3 days. There aren't enough spaces to fill out on this form. They've also been calling from several different numbers. We've even been called after telling them to specifically take us off their lists.

Caller: Could not understand them entirely. Very thick accent.
