Caller ID said "Med Clinic". I called back and got message that said all reps were busy and to press 1 if I thought I got the call back mistake. If not, they would call back within the hour. I pressed 1. This is not a medical clinical.

This is a telemarketing scam. Scam artist are now utilizing your local area codes there by fooling you into believing it's a local call or someone you know. You pick up the phone and say hello and now your phone number goes into the telemarketing database as a good number to call. If you don't recognize the number and they didn’t leave a message, it's more than likely a scamming or telemarketing call. DO NOT CALL THEM BACK if it was important they would have left a message. That's how telemarketing works, they didn't break the DNC law because YOU CALLED THEM.
