This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, and still further violate it by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line to pause or stop the recording and answer questions. Since they never let you get to an operator, they further violate the TCPA by failing to provide a phone number and a physical address when asked. The recording states that for a $2,000 up-front investment you will be guaranteed $2,000 in revenues each week for life, but no mention of any product or service, just that this is how the scammer's revolutionary marketing system works. This is clearly a pyramid scheme. Do not provide this scammer with any personal or financial information.
