I spoke with Kevin today, he was of Asia descent accent...it is us Grant money from the govt, same as the emails you get about it...i only answered because they've called @ 9xs everyday for almost 2 weeks, they are a call center!!! Annoying!!!!!

Claming to be the irs

They have Indian accents, claim to be from the US government, call multiple times daily offering "free money". Today when I angrily said to stop calling, the woman said they will keep calling. I asked why. She laughed and said "no reason." I said then we may as well have a nice chat and talk about the weather. She hung up.
