Automated call from Sara at "consumer services" about my outstanding credit card account...bogus. Generic call trying to sucker me into responding.

This is a robotic call saying that there appears to be a problem with my credit card account and to please hold while they connect me to a representative.

automated message notifying me my interest rates were dangerously close to increasing and this was my last day to make changes, then told me to press 1 to speak with a live person. I hung up

I missed the call and called them back right away but received a homemade very southern-accented version of the "this number has been disconnected" message
